Pavel Manukyan declares huger strike
Some time ago I visited the detention center and met Zhirayr Sefilyan, Garegin Chugaszyan, Varuzhan Avetisyan, Gevorg Safaryan and Pavel Manukyan. Manukyan informed that he had declared a hunger strike. I asked him not to take such a step, but Manukyan said that he had made a final decision.
