Aremnian Government to give Russia lands in Gyumri
In its Thursday sitting, the Armenian Government is expected to approve the decision on amending the Protocol on Russian military base relocation on the territory of Armenia signed between the Governments of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian federation on October 3, 2012. Under the decision, Armenia is to give the Russia side Military Base N 9 (located in Lalayan street in Gyumri) with its neighbouring area for building a spiritual and cultural center there.
