Artsakh Defense Ministry: Relative tranquility on border
The situation on the border is relatively calm after yesterday’s ceasefire violation that left three Armenian soldiers dead and four wounded. The frontline units of the Artsakh Defence Army fully control the situation along the Line of Contact, Defence Army’s Spokesperson Senor Hasratyan told Aravot.am. The Artsakh Defense Army reported yesterday that three of its soldiers were killed and four wounded during a two-hour firefight to repulse an Azerbaijani incursion [in the direction of Gyulistan] on Thursday morning. The three servicemen who were killed in the engagement were later identified as Hakob Khachatryan (born in 1996), Eduard Hayrapetyan (born in 1995) and Arshak Harutyunyan (born in 1995).
