Arstakh preparing for May celebrations
The first sitting of the committee charged with coordinating May celebrations was held in Karabakh on March 17 at the head of NKR Defense Minister, Defense Army Commander, Lieutenant-General Movses Hakobyan. The meeting focused on the measures to be taken and determined people responsible for the upcoming events. Also, special groups were set up for organizing the visits to Great Patriotic War veterans. At the end of the meeting, Mr Hakobyan stressed the importance of events and emphasized their organization on a high level.
