Attorney General Gevorg Kostanyan doesn’t disclose details about the content of the letter sent to his Russian colleague by noting that it is an investigative and official secret. Mr. Kostanyan’s letter related to the issues connected with the preliminary investigation of Valeri Permyakov charged with the murder of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri. Attorney General noted that he hadn’t made such promises, which he wasn’t able to keep. “After getting a response from the Russian side, we will discuss our future steps, that’s why it is early to speak of their results,” highlighted Mr. Kostanyan.
