On February 15 starting from midnight, the ceasefire regime will enter into force in Ukraine. 16 hours of talks, a few buckets of coffee and “Norman Four” signed the agreement. The agreement signed in Minsk consists of 13 points. After confirmation of the ceasefire regime, the process of withdrawal of heavy weapons will start. During five days based on the “all for all” principle all hostages and detainees will be released and exchanged. “This night wasn’t the best one in my life”, announced Russian President after the meetings without giving details. Politicians are sure that Russia also needs this agreement very much. Will the sanctions against Russia be stopped? It isn’t known yet, everything depends on the fulfillment of Minsk agreement. Today Russian oppositional politician Boris Nemtsov has already announced that there will be a ceasefire but not peace.
