Putin announces that the ceasefire will come into force on February 15
Russian President Vladimir Putin told the reporters in Minsk that on February 15 starting from midnight the ceasefire regime would come into force in Ukraine. It should be noted that from yesterday the negotiations of the leaders of “Norman four”- Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany, lasted for about 14 hours in Minsk. The draft document of resolution of the bloody conflict in eastern Ukraine was discussed.
