Seat of Armenian judge at ECHR still vacant: Only one candidate submited bid in second competition
There has been one entry in the second competition for the seat of a judge to represent Armenia at the Strasbourg-based European Court of Human Rights, PastInfo news agency reports citing Armenia's Ministry of Justice. The bid has been submitted by Liza R. Grigoryan. In March 2013, Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint Liza R. Grigoryan was appointed Judge of Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan’s Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts. She did not participate in the competition announced in 2014.
