65-year-old woman has changed the fourth hospital in a month. Days ago her family took her from Kapan to Yerevan with sharp pains. After many examinations at different medical centers, she was sent to the National Center of Oncology. “Only from Kapan to Yerevan the ambulance demands 200.000 AMD. First I brought to Nairi, 700.000 AMD for an examination, I was at the hospital for 5 days, a bed costs 30.000 AMD,”- tells his husband. The man is displeased with the attitude shown at the medical centers. “The reception is very bad. There is nothing good. My wife has suffered from pain. It’s the second week they haven’t examined or done anything,”- he said. He and his wife are pensioners and their son has disability. They have already borrowed 600.000 AMD for his wife’s treatment. He has pledged their house. Thought treatment at the National Center of Oncology is free, he claims that it is only on the documents. “It is called free, I would rather pay than enter here,”- he said. Details- in the video
