Will be punished if they refuse to work in frontier villages (video)
Armenian government will punish the students, who will refuse to work in frontier and high mountainous regions. Today at the government session Deputy Minister of Education and Science Karine Harutyunyan noted that in case of refusal the student must compensate the money provided for education and even more, “The student must compensate the double of the education fee and scholarship.”
