“God will punish all the sinners”
Today during NA hearings BHK Deputy Tigran Urikhanyan spoke about Gyumri crime and noted, “Devil’s fruit, who murdered the whole family, must get the strictest punishment set by laws and international agreements. I have no doubt that God will punish all the sinners.” Then he addressed a question to the Prosecutor General, “Could the suspect alone murder the whole family by firing 30 bullets?” RA Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan announced that a simple investigative operation can answer his question, “Practically it is possible. Were there other criminals? During the whole process of investigation we will try to find answers to those questions.” HAK Deputy Nikol Pashinyan highlighted that the Prosecutor didn’t answer many questions citing the confidentiality of preliminary investigation, “But there have already been answers to many questions especially noted in Armenian-Russian treaties. Were Russian frontiers obliged to inform the RA authorities about the trespasser? If they were obliged, did they inform or not?” Then he reminded the case of Syunik, when police officers stopped Zaruhi Postanjyan’s car and started searching, but the same police officers didn’t stop the car which was carrying Valeri Permyakov. Gevorg Kostanyan gave positive response.
