Who manipulates the issue of withdrawing Russian miliatry base? (video)
The massacre of Gyumri family by Valeri Permyakov has questioned the expedience of N102 Russian military base in Gyumri. “Union of Informed Citizens” hurried to remind the murder cases by Russian soldiers in 1999, 2013 and 2015, as a result of which 11 innocent citizens including 4 juveniles were killed. Political analyst Styopa Safaryan understands those who want to withdraw Russian military base from the RA, but he also has reasonable doubts, “This issue is raised in order to obscure the most important issue- implementation of justice with respect to the criminal and revelation of the case.
