Artsakh President receives Andrzej Kasprzyk
On January 19, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. The two men discussed issues related to the situation along the Line of Contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces. Touching upon the gross violations of the ceasefire regime by Azerbaijan, Mr Sahakyan said the behavior of official Baku endangered stability and peace in the region and was a serious blow to the mediatory efforts of the OSCE Minsk group. Bako Sahakyan underlined the necessity of corresponding evaluation of Azerbaijan's destructive policy by the international community and realization of concrete steps in this direction.
