Gyumri murder survivor undergoing surgery
The condition of 6-month-old Seryozha Avetisyan, the only survivor of the mass murder in Gyumri, has deteriorated sharply. The baby is now undergoing emergency surgery for a severe head injury. The operation is being performed by William Khachatryan, a leading Armenian specialist invited from St Petersburg, the Ministry of Health reports.
