JACES attacks those who don’t have cars by transport fines (video)
Armen Avagyan, who suffered heart attack some months ago, had to suffer another shock while getting his first disability benefit- 10 000 AMD was confiscated from 30 000 AMD benefit. The pensioner went to Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service and learnt there that he has “Mercedes” car by which he has done many violations. The pensioner said that he didn’t have even a Soviet car, he has only a son with birth defects and he is also disabled. But it doesn’t interest anybody. It didn’t interest the employees of the JACES and Police. The disabled citizen went to Traffic police. Traffic police officers just laughed. In the end the person called the Office of Human Rights Defender, he said that he was unhealthy and asked them to come as he wanted to write an application. They politely answered- come and write an application to the Ombudsman's name. The fact is that this person has added the number of images of Christ at his house and has even bought the Bible. Nothing helps. Every month the JACES confiscates 10 000 AMD from his disability benefit.
