Armenian side doesn’t comment on the actions by Russia: RF Judge has chosen a restraint
At night Russian side has dropped charges against Valeri Permyakov, soldier of Russian military base placed in Gyumri, over dissertation with weapon and murder. According to the information of “Pastinfo”, Russian Judge chose arrest as a measure of restraint against Permyakov, charged with the murder of 6 members of the Avetisyan family in Gyumri. Shortly before a journalist addressed a question on this to Gevorg Kostanyan, Prosecutor General of the RA, who was giving a press conference in Gyumri. The latter didn’t comment on it by noting that Armenian side carries out its judicial process and doesn’t comment on the actions by the Russian side.
