He must serve his sentence in Armenia. It is also possible that for some political reasons the Russian side will hide the violations by the officials of N102 military base, who are also responsible for the crime, and will blame only one person, and that person will be recognized insane and will be sent to a psychiatric hospital. It is not the justice,”- reads the statement.
