Chief Prosecutor of Armenia's Shirak province is near Russian military base in Gyumri
The entire Gyumri seems to have gathered outside the Russian military base stationed in the city. We have learned from the Police press service that more policemen had been dispatched to the city to maintain order there. It is still unknown whether the chief of the Armenian Police, Vladimir Gasparyan will leave for Gyumri or not. Raffi Aslanyan, the chief prosecutor of Armenia's Shirak province, is now calling people for order. People want to know when the Russian soldier who is suspected of killing six people in Gyumri on Monday, will be handed over to Armenian law enforcement agencies. The prosecutor suggested discussing the matter in his office.
