Ministry: There are blocked and heavy-going roads in Armenia
Some roads in Armenia were blocked or heavy-going as of 9:30am, according to the Ministry of Transport and Communications. Berd-Chambarak, Goris-Sisisan roadways and Vardenyats mountain pass are impassable due to snowstorm. Some sections of Yerevan-Sevan highway and Goris-Sisisan roadway are covered in black ice. Snow cleaning activities are underway in the republic. All roads are open in the country. Stepantsiminda – Lars is closed for all types of vehicles because of heavy snowfall.
