Narek Sargsyan: I have nothing to do with dilapidated buildings in Yerevan (video)
We are well aware of all problems in the sphere. They are varied and complex, Minister of Urban Development Narek Sargsyan said on December 23 when summarizing the activities of the agency he heads.
Mr Sargsyan said he was not responsible for the dilapidated buildings and monuments in Yerevan. “I did not work at the Ministry in those years,” he said responding to the accusations that he is Yerevan’s ‘number one enemy.’
