HHK passes loan treaties: Z. Postanjyan is controlling (video)
Today the issue of withdrawing the so called “10 000 AMD air tax” during flights from Gyumri airport has been discussed at the NA extraordinary session. Deputies considered it discrimination, as that payment will remain at “Zvartnots” airport. The representative of Ministry of Justice doesn’t consider it discrimination. He explains that if a person wants to fly in comfortable conditions but with high prices, he may choose “Zvartnots” airport, but if one chooses less comfortable conditions and cheaper prices, he may prefer “Gymri” airport. By the way, in the NA session hall, besides HHK deputies, deputies Aleksander Arzumanyan, Khachatur Kokobelyan, full staff of Dashnaktsutyun party, Nikol Pashinyan from HAK and “Heritage” deputy Zaruhi Postanjyan were present. NA President Galust Sahakyan noticed her presence by noting that in fact she ended the boycott. “I have come to control you,”- responded Mrs. Postanjyan. Today the NA passed 7 international loan treaties due to the votes of HHK deputies. This time again HHK deputies Vahram Mkrtchyan and Murad Muradyan voted for their absent partners.
