Samvel Farmanyan gets angered (video)
While the National Assembly was discussing the draft credit agreements during a special session invited by the government, Republican MP Samvel Farmanyan, a co-rapporteur on the issue, began to speak about the attacks on Karabakh war veterans and opposition lawmaker Aram Manukyan. Then hitting the rostrum with his fist he left the hall in haste. “Mr Farmanyan, wait a little. Lawmakers may have questions for you,” Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly, Hermine Naghdalyan said after his speech. But there were no questions. “I hope you will speak only about the agreements,” she said addressing the next rapporteur, Sukias Avetisyan of the Republican Party.
