While journalists were waiting for Ministers to arrive, security officer approached the journalists and asked to open the way. Journalists wanted to know who was coming, but the officer answered, “I don’t know.” At that moment RA Ambassador in Vatican, son-in-low of Serzh Sargsyan, Mikayel Minasyan enters the Government building.
