Rally participants hold poster calling for early elections (video)
The rally organized by the three opposition parties in Armenia has started at Yerevan’s Liberty Square. The rally will be followed by a march to the PACE Office in Yerevan. Of the three opposition leaders, only Heritage party chairman Raffi Hovannisian is seen at the square, who is standing beside citizens. In their speeches, the organizers spoke about the situation of human rights in Armenia, in particular the existence of political prisoners in Armenia. The square is overcrowded. People are holding posters with one reading, ‘We want early elections.’
