Each of us is somehow police officer, Chief of the Armenian Police Vladimir Gasparyan said during a reception held at the Ombudsman’s Office. Mr Gasparyan said the words while handing out presents to Ombudsman Karen Andreasyan. “You are mistaken,” said Gagik Harutyunyan, Chairman of the Constitutional Court. Today, Mr Andreasyan hosted a number of officials he has been cooperating with successfully over years.
