Roads open in Armenia: No precipitation reported
Some sections of Vardenyants mountain pass in Armenia were covered in black ice as of 9.30 a.m., reports the Ministry of Transport and Communications. All roads in the country are trafficable. Snow removal operations are underway in the republic to ensure safety of drivers, says the Ministry.
