Barsegh Beglaryan predicts new rules
If there weren’t dram-dollar fluctuations, the price of petroleum must have been 340 drams. In the conversation with “A1+” assured “Flesh” company owner Barsegh Beglaryan. According to his words, now 1 liter of petroleum costs 360 drams. “After New Year new game rules will be set, may be that time we will able to set favorable prices,”- noted Barsegh Beglaryan. He doesn’t reject that petroleum prices have fallen, but he explains high price maintenance in this way, “We have an agreement with Russia and we forget that during the year the prices have been stable. That time no one asked why the prices were so stable. We have had many treaties with Russia and we have imported into Armenia with favorable prices. During recent months the prices have fallen but our agreements are still valid and we work according to those agreements.”
