David Sanasaryan: lawmakers voted as they had been ordered (video)
Armenian lawmakers who today voted for the treaty on Armenia’s accession to the Eurasian Economic Union could not slip away from the National Assembly unnoticed. Civil activists who had been calling MPs for sobriety for four consecutive days lost their patience and insulted the lawmakers, who, in their turn, answered the citizens opposing the EEU membership in the same way. “They voted as they had been ordered. Those who voted for Armenia’s annexation to Russia showed their real worth and people should also see their true colours,” said activist David Sanasaryan.
