Practical actions did not follow the promises and words of the opposition trio, says Boris Navasardyan, Coordinator of the Armenian National Platform, Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum. He says it is meaningless to speak about a change in power in the given situation. People in Armenia fear to lose sovereignty and the authorities are in trying to resist the pressure of the North. Boris Navasardyan is convinced that the Eurasian Economic Union will not ‘have a long life.’ In a month or two, Armenians will feel the negative effects of the membership even deeper. “In this context, Armenia cannot have clear plans as they will depend on the developments in other countries,” he said adding that in order to maintain its sovereignty in the EEU Armenia must differ from the other countries of the Union.
