NA Deputy Alexander Arzumanyan isn’t pleased with the answers of Deputy Minister of Finances Suren Karayan to his questions on the treaty of the RA joining the EEU. “Stop the maneuvers that it isn’t a political union and only economic. You have spoken about foreign investments and development of business sphere, but in the international markets the investors consider the RF their number one threat. Today the RF bans the importation of a number of products to its territory and in terms of this, investors don’t see any prospect in this country. In this case, how do you imagine anyone to do investments in the RA?” Mr. Karayan made sure that the development of economic sphere is the most important factor for investments, “I don’t think the RA gets any restrictions by joining the EEU, on the contrary, it gets more opportunities. EEU is just a new opportunity for the RA. There can’t be lack of investments. And besides this isn’t the tribune where we must discuss RF sanctions, but after our joining the EEU there will be tribune where we will discuss these issues.” Alexander Arzumanyan noted that Deputy Minister again said everything except the main answers, “Who hinders? If we want to export something, produce in order to export. You speak about risks, while we are going to the most risky zone of the world- the RF.
