The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia reports that all roads in Armenia were open as of 10.00 a.m. Sotk-Karvachar roadway and Vardenyants mountain pass are difficult to pass. Also, it is snowing in Charentsavan, Hrazdan and Yeghvard towns in Kotayk marz. Snow cleaning continues on roads. The Ministry recommends using winter tyres. The Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia’s Interior Ministry reports that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open only for vehicles with tyre chains that can seat up to 15 passengers.
