Today the NA extraordinary session will start with the discussion of the law on “Social support” and adjacent legislative package. Yesterday evening RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan presented that package to the discussion of the parliament with first reading. He thinks that the adoption of the project will raise the quality of social services and their availability. The procedures of integrated social services provision will be clarified- creation of complex social services centers including joint receptions from the point of view of their activities and the existence of legal base of authorization.
