NA President’s appeal to the OSCE group (video)
At the beginning of the NA session, NA President Galust Sahakyan made a statement. He spoke about the shooting of NKR Mi-24 helicopter during a training flight and the killed three servicemen. “It is a provocation by Azerbaijani side. It proves that the announcements of Minsk group are ignored and it is an attempt to fail the negotiations. Azerbaijan is responsible for the destabilization of the situation. I call Minsk group to condemn the actions of Azerbaijan.” NA held minute of silence in memory of the victims.
