Zaruhi Postanjyan’s draft is again at the NA
The NA started to discuss NA decision draft on “The aspects of military-political provisions of the NKR and RA security assurance” authored by “Heritage” Deputy Zaruhi Postanjyan. Mrs. Postanjyan has already presented this draft to the NA discussion for several times. According to her, taking into consideration international military-political situation, threats and challenges toward the RA and the NKR, EEU membership draft, the NA has to strengthen security provisions aspects, “This time the issue is presented not with the bill, but with the NA decision draft, and according to its first point I demand to recognize NKR independence. Why I brought this draft to the NA again, as soon RA CC will make a decision on the EEU treaty, after which it will be brought to the NA for discussion. But before that the NA must express its attitude to the recognition of the NKR.” NA Foreign Affairs Committee gave negative conclusion to this draft.
