Hranush Hakobyan avoided passing near Artsvik Minasyan
Today RA Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan was at the NA to represent a legislative change to the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs. As the Minister noted the issue is as technical as political. The draft related to those Armenians, who live in foreign countries, where there is emergency situation and who want to move their property to the RA. During the discussion of the issue there was debate between Dashnaktsutyun Deputy Artsvik Minasyan and the Minister. The Deputy was offering to list the names of the countries in the legislative change, where there is emergency situation, or else it turns out that it must be described in the draft which emergency situation are talked about. Mrs. Hakobyan considered it to be a minor technical problem, which may be easily solved in the Government. After the debate the sides came to a partial agreement, after which the Minister was in a hurry and must leave the conference room. At that moment HHK Deputy Alexan Petrosyan asked the Minister, “Could I accompany you, Mrs. Hakobyan?” “No, thank you very much, I don’t want to pass from that side, Minasyan will create emergency situation,”- hinting Artsvik Minasyan, joked Hranush Hakobyan.
