Every 13-14th woman in the world has cancer: alarms Armenian-American Health Center Director Khachanush Hakobyan. “Every week 20 cases of cancer are registered in our center. This year 542 cases have already been registered, we hope that the number won’t increase until the end of the year,”- she noted. Mrs. Hakobyan regrets to note that the habit of going to the doctor isn’t fully formed in our country, but there has been development compared with previous years, “We have 4300 cases, when the illness was found in its early stage and it was cured.” Khachanush Hakobyan has difficulty to give concrete advice for avoiding the illness, as until now the main reason for occurrence of cancer virus isn’t known. She only wants to say, “The only way to avoid cancer is its prevention in time and it is possible only due to annual medical examination. Every woman must voluntary go to the doctor, as when mother is ill, the whole family are ill.”
