Nationwide strike in Belgium: Policemen don’t prevent
There is a nationwide strike in Belgium. 100 thousands of protesters are on the streets. Three trade unions have jointly organized a strike and a march. From the Northern station of Brussels the protesters marched to the city center. “The protesters actively throw explosives, and Policemen are very calm, there is only a helicopter flying in the air, everything is done for peaceful and unobstructed protest action,”- Tsovinar Nazaryan from Brussels informs on her Facebook page. As “Itar-Tass” informs, the nationwide strike is against tax reforms of the country, which are implemented by the new government. As a result, budget expenses are reduced and the solvency of two-thirds of economically active citizens falls.
