Investigator compelled to give testimonies inconsistent with the reality: SIS
According to the report of a citizen Levon M., a criminal case was instituted based on the materials prepared in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia under Part 1 of Article 308 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. According to the report of Levon M., in the course of the preliminary investigation of the criminal case reviewed in the Department of the Investigation of Serious Crimes of Yerevan Investigation Administration of the Principal Investigation Department of the Republic of Armenia on May 9, 2012 the investigator compelled him to give testimonies inconsistent with the reality against the brother by means of threat, deceit and persuasion. A preliminary investigation is under way.
