Azerbaijan’s armed forces opened fire on the Armenian village of Barekamavan in Tavush province on October 15, former head of the border village Hovik Gharakeshishyan told Aravot.am. At around 10.30 a.m. Azerbaijanis fired 4-5 times on the cattle grazing near the village cemetery. Mr Gharakeshishyan says he was in his garden harvesting potato at 3.20 p.m. when he heard new shots. One of the enemy bullets fell only 2 meters away from the place he was standing. More shots were fired from the Azeri positions at 7.30 p.m., with one of the bullets falling on the roof of his house.
