Criminal case with regard to the case of A1+journalist was taken into proceedings: Pastinfo
With regard to the case of hindrance to the legal professional activities of a journalist, a criminal case initiated in accordance with RA Criminal Code Article 164, Part 1 was taken into the RA Special Investigation Service proceedings and preliminary investigation is under way,”- RA Special Investigation Service press secretary Mikayel Aharonyan informed “Pastinfo”. On October 7 RA General Prosecutor abolished the decision by the SIS on the denial of initiating a criminal case with regard to the incident with A1+ journalist . It means that a criminal case will be initiated with regard to the incident between A1+ journalist Marine Khachatryan and National Assembly Security Head Karen Hayrapetyan in front of the entrance of NA Baghramyan Street according to the decision of General Prosecutor.
