Hrant Bagratyan presented a new initiative
Today NA Deputy Hrant Bagratyan presented a new legislative initiative. He suggested reducing traffic fines for 2.5 times and calculating speed excess considering “+, -“ 20 interval. According to this, changes have been suggested in the RA Code on “Administrative violations” Article 124. Hrant Bagratyan made his suggestions based on similar approaches in Germany, Russia and Ukraine.
