Intentionally caused a material damage in the sum of 225.000 AMD to the car owned by his ex-girlfriend: SIS
A criminal case was instituted in the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia based on the materials prepared in Metsamor Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with Part 1 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. As per the prepared materials, a police officer of the Police of the Republic of Armenia Karen K. in the night from 9-10, 2014 struck the windscreen of the car with a stone and hampered the control of the car, thus, intentionally causing a material damage in the sum of 225.000 AMD to the car owned by his ex-girlfriend Violeta H. A preliminary investigation is under way. SIS
