Zaruhi Postanjyan knows how much Surik Khachatryan paid for his reappointment (video)
During today’s parliament sitting, Heritage Party lawmaker Zaruhi Postanjyan again referred to Surik Khachatryan’s reappointment as Governor of Syunik province. Postanjyan said she had received a letter alleging that Surik Khachatryan had given $47 million for his appointment. The transfer which took place at the Armenia Marriott hotel in Yerevan was recorded. The letter was sent to the opposition lawmaker by a man nicknamed Takard (Trap) who said he had been deceived during the competition announced for Syunik Governor. National Assembly Speaker Galust Sahakyan said the question would be answered by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, at the same time adding, “I wish I were the one to answer…” “Everything should be kept within limits. This is not the place for street conversations,” said Mr Abrahamyan.
