Detained activist was set free (video)
HAK young wing activist Vardan Harutyunyan was already set free. His friends were waiting for him near Police Central Department. By the way he was detained for hooliganism not for today's action but the action of September 23 near the Government building, but he wasn’t aware of that action and even didn’t take part in it. Then he was interrogated as a witness and fingerprint was taken from him. Vardan Harutyunyan also noted that there are some violations in the investigators’ actions: first that he was detained as a hooligan, and then was interrogated as a witness. Vardan Harutyunyan wasn’t subjected to administrative penalty.
