Young family took refuge in unfinished house (video)
About two months ago, when members of the Shirak Centre NGO visited one of the ‘domik’ districts in Gyumri, they met a young family living in a rented rundown domik - wagon-like temporary tin house - with their three underage children. During their recurrent visit to the district with the aim of providing assistance to some families, the NGO representatives could not find the young family in the temporary shelter: the owner had dismantled the domik. The family had found a temporary shelter in an unfinished house in the neighbourhood. Watch the video of the NGO to know more details about the living conditions of a homeless family that is waiting the birth of the fourth child.
