“The expectations from the discussions of Constitutional reforms weren’t realized in general.”- today announced constitutional reforms committee member, CC advisor Gevorg Danielyan. He says that the discussions must have been deeper and more comprehensive and political powers must have responded to those discussions more actively. Nevertheless, constitutional reforms entered the phase of discussions together with Venice committee, meetings are intended from the middle of September, and on October everything will be presented to Serzh Sargsyan. Gevorg Danielyan says that the claims of the opposition, that the reforms are done for the reproduction of the authorities, aren’t right. “There must be claims but until today the debate hasn’t reached the professional level, and there are only political announcements. With this concept easy procedure isn’t intended for the authorities in terms of reproduction.” He says that with constitutional reforms we will pass to parliamentarian system.
