Սեպտեմբերի 29-ին, ժամը 10:01-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևան քաղաքի Ազատության պողոտայի թիվ 26 հասցեում գտնվող ՀՀ ԳԱԱ օրգանական և դեղագործական քիմիայի գիտատեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնի նկուղից ծուխ է նկատվում:
Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել վեց մարտական հաշվարկ և Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի արտակարգ իրավիճակների արձագանքման խումբը:
