Shortly before Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree. According to the decree, Artem Asatryan was appointed RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. According to another decree Armen Ashotyan was appointed RA Education and Science Minister.

They took into consideration the fact that G. Sahakyan is an old member of the party: Serzh Sargsyan.
