Mushegh Shushanyan, the lawyer of civil activist Hayk Kyureghyan, has lodged an appeal with the Court of Cassation requesting to annul the November 2015 decision of Criminal Court of Appeal which upheld the verdict of a lower court and recognize the violation of Kyureghyan’s rights.
