Armenian National Congress (HAK) faction secretary Aram Manukyan considers the document published by the European Commission on the progress of Armenia in 2014 to be very disturbing, “All the assessments of the RA by all the organizations are very negative. There is no progress relating to human rights, democracy, economy or the RA in general.”

The city authorities are now discussing the notification submitted by Varuzhan Avetisyan, a spokesperson for the movement.
